“Splitting out our Saab Service Reception to run independent from Vauxhall, the feedback from customers is amazing. Where they have also started bringing items in for the girls to include, bottles of wine, chocolates, cards, emails all very rewarding and boosts morale within the team. Helping me to implement an amber/red follow-up process for our already successful VHC process; where we have now employed Roy full-time and we have measured great success to date.
