Founded in 1996, ttl automotive is a highly successful organisation
providing a wide variety of business solutions to the Automotive
Industry. ttl automotive specialises in delivering measurable and
sustainable business improvement by focusing on training,
in-dealership coaching and project management.
Operating in Sales, Service and Aftersales, our programmes are
designed to increase skills and competencies, as well as
implementing improved process and Best Practice, to augment sales
performance, profitability and customer experience.
ttl automotive currently employs more than 70 people, including
Project Managers, Consultants, Auditors and Trainers, who operate
programmes throughout Europe. In the UK, we are successfully
delivering training, coaching and project management that utilises
every item in our product portfolio. In the last five years we have
seen significant growth in Europe, providing training and fully
managed programmes, across retail sales, business-to-business,
aftersales and standards auditing. Our staff turnover is extremely
low. In general terms, our overall attrition rate is approximately
8% per annum. This is due to the fact that we only recruit the very
best people for our business. Our employees are not only experts in
their field but also highly team and customer focused.
